GENERAL POLICY FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Please note that all demos and special orders are final sale. **14 days for a refund with the new box in its original condition. The returned product must not be installed or used.**
If items are visibly damaged upon receipt or missing parts, the customer must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of the items. Please email info@inventionmaison.com with a copy of your invoice and photos with the reason for the return and ask for a returns number.
In case of damage, please clearly demonstrate the damage with photos and/or video. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the conditions mentioned above are not respected, Invention Maison reserves the right to refuse a refund.
POLICY FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Invention Maison offers a different period of warranty on each product category (please see below). It is exclusive to the first buyer as long as they stay in the same property.
The warranty does not include damages resulting from a product defect, negligence, repair, incorrect installation or exchange of a defective product and natural disasters. The warranty does not cover labor and shipping costs or any costs associated with removal, maintenance, modification or installation of external materials such as marble, wooden floors, etc. The warranty excludes poorly maintained products, please refer to our suggested documents on how to properly maintain Invention Maison's products.If you have any questions, please contact us at info@inventionmaison.com or call us at 450-890-0881, we will gladly assist you.
The warranty doesn't apply to damages from external causes (acts of God or breakages from a shock and mishandling of the product), regardless of the involvement of the buyer or installer. Invention Maison strongly recommends all installation of products by an accredited professional because the warranty excludes any damages caused by improper installation.
Depending on situations, Invention Maison can ask for a proof of purchase. All declarations must be supported/ documented by pictures or videos. Invention Maison does not accept third party charges. Invention Maison must be contacted before any expenses.
Please note that customers are responsible to verifying the product before making any permanent modifications or installations.
